KASHKAVAL

Steamed semi-hard cheese made of fresh pure cow milk. It has a natural yellow color, with a mild, slightly sharp taste. Its consistency is very tender, typical for steamed cheese. The product comes in consumer size packs, and 8 KG wheel, for both regular and low fat types.

 

AKAWI

A fresh, natural, semi-soft salted cheese. It is made from fresh milk with a slightly creamy tone. It is solid in consistency, closed texture, and sliceable. It has a dry matter of minimum 50% and has a square base with rounded edges. This type of cheese is mainly used to make Arabic sweets and pies. The Zarifa Akawi is available in 17 and 18 KG Tins.
